CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 15+ minutes late will result in a 50% cancellation fee and you will be required to reschedule. All deposits are non-refundable. Depending on circumstances a less than 24 hour notice, with rescheduling the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. Appointments may not be forfeited and given to someone else if there is a wait list for that appointment.
